PROTOCOL ANALYST III

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Protocol Analyst III to perform data and computer science analysis in support of customer operations.

Clearance: TS/SCI w/ FSP or CI Poly and must be willing to sit for FSP

Location: Ft Meade, MD

Skills and Experience You'll Bring:

• Bachelors Degree plus 8yrs of relevant experience | Associates Degree and 10yrs of relevant experience | Masters Degree plus 6 yrs of relevant experience | HSD and 12+ yrs of relevant experience
• Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field
• A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed the relevant training program listed e.g. 9141, 1N2A, 450 Basic Signals Analysis, 451 Intermediate Signals Analysis, 452 Advanced Signals Analysis, or MCSAP/MESAP/MOSAP
• Relevant experience must be in signals analysis, including protocol analysis, and also include network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.
• Must possess adept knowledge of radio wave propagation, antenna theory, and antenna usage
• Must have excellent communication skills to express complex ideas in easy-to-understand language
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
