COMPUTER NETWORK DEFENSE ANALYST 3

BTS Software Solutions is seeking COMPUTER NETWORK DEFENSE ANALYST III (CNDAs) to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at Ft Meade. As an EA, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT/CYBER analysis talent and expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.

Primary Location: Ft Meade, MD

Secondary Locations: Ft Gordon, GA; San Antonio, TX; Wahiawa, HI; Dayton, OH Hill AFB, UT

What You’ll Get to Do

As a CNDA III, you will:

• Use information collected from a variety of sources to identify and analyze vulnerabilities, and report potential or actual events.
• Identify, analyze, map, and/or protect against vulnerabilities, intrusions, and threats to computer network systems

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Education:

• Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security).
• Note that 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate degree.

Relevant Experience:

• Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering
• Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC, Undergraduate Cyber Training, Network Warfare Bridge Course/intermediate Network Warfare Training, and Cyber Defense Operations.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Specific labor category determined by years of experience + educational degrees:
  • Level 3
    • 4 years of applicable experience with a Ph.D., OR
    • 6 years of applicable experience with a Master’s degree, OR
    • 8 years of applicable experience with a Bachelor’s degree, OR
    • 10 years of applicable experience with an Associate degree
