ISSJ III - TRANSITION MANAGER

TRANSITION MANAGER

POSITION AVAILABLE UPON CONTRACT AWARD

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a TRANSITION MANAGER to develop and execute a staffing plan to capture the incumbent workforce and manage ALL aspects of contractual obligations after award. This position has a duration of 180 days upon award.

Primary Location: Ft Liberty, NC

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility

You�ll Bring These Qualifications:

Education � BA/BS from an accredited university or college.

Demonstrated experience as a Transition Manager in identifying, scheduling, negotiating, and completing specified Contract Transition tasks and ensuring Contractor personnel are in place with required facility access, artifacts, processes, and appropriate access to systems necessary for the transition of incumbent to the Contractor for up to 300 FTE globally; experience must be within DoD or equivalent with Government agencies.
Specific experience supervising or leading teams and projects applying project management principles using industry best practices
Minimum three (3) years' USSOCOM or JSOTF experience at the operational level (SOCOM HQ, TSOC, or JSOC).
Experience in special operations and/or intelligence disciplines
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification (Preferred)
